Rividiylized is a home improvement blog created by Nashville handy-man, Brady Bessinger. His mission is helping home owners tackle everyday challenges with a DIY attitude. The brand connects with a new era of DIY’ers—these are the fellas who grew up holding the flashlight while their mustache-adorned dads demanded a steady hand. The blog’s step-by-step articles, social media posts and help videos provide viewers with handy tips and tricks to remedy home owner woes and elevate our spaces with efficiency.

THE LOGO
The creative thought behind the primary logo design was to combine common garage tools found in the average Joe’s toolbox to create a strong typographic letterform to convey stability and innovation.

Secondary logos were created to support and build out the branding identity. The client wanted to convey a modern-man archetype that looked structured and efficient—but also fresh and approachable.

Brady also plans to connect with his viewers by providing an informational YouTube presence. The branding features clear, bold type, minimal color and identifiable splash screens.

The brand identity is designed to translate clearly on retail merchandise. The idea was to create a concept that could represent the business as strong and modern yet casual enough to be “wearable.”
